We stand behind the Micro-Infusion System. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your order date.

Yes, you can return used products. We expect you to actually try the system before deciding. Unopened returns are fine too, but we designed the guarantee around real-world use.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward:

  1. Email us at hello@follicleand.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number.
  2. We'll confirm your request within 2 business days and provide return shipping instructions if applicable.
  3. Ship the product back (if requested) using the instructions provided. Not all refunds require a return — we'll let you know.
  4. Receive your refund once we process your request.

We currently offer a single product (the Micro-Infusion System) in different supply quantities. If you'd like to exchange for a different quantity:

  1. Request a refund for your current order following the process above.
  2. Place a new order for your preferred quantity.

We'll process the refund and new order simultaneously to make this as smooth as possible. Just mention in your email that you'd like to exchange, and we'll coordinate.

If your order arrives damaged, with broken cartridges, or with any product defect:

  1. Email us immediately at hello@follicleand.co with photos of the damage and your order number.
  2. We'll ship a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
  3. Return shipping on us. We'll provide a prepaid return label if we need the damaged product back.

Damage claims should be reported within 14 days of delivery for fastest resolution, though we'll work with you on a reasonable timeline.
